Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item upgrading that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next successful result is repeated. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. To upgrade gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in battle without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item upgrade an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade items component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased quality of the item. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the item upgrader's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve the perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
