Upgrades can boost the value of armors, weapons and rings. They also boost extra bonuses, such as damage from PvE and crit chance.

Components

Upgrade components are items that can be slotted into armor, weapons, and trinkets in order to provide an extra stat boost or impact while they're being used. They can be obtained through making crafts, buying from vendors or trading with other players or looting. Certain upgrades come with special cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components can be inserted into any equipment that has a slot to accommodate them; the item must have been at the very least upgraded to blue level in order for the component to be used. Leveling
