My mother-in-law started walking towards the kitchen without permission.

Me

"I'm preparing dinner, so please don't come in without permission."

"You're saying that, but you only have cheap tableware, right?

You should stop making excuses because you're embarrassed to be seen.

Why don't you just throw it all away and replace it with the tableware I brought!!"

My mother-in-law had been saying rude things to other people's houses, but the moment she saw the cupboard, she suddenly became quiet and said, "...what is this?"

"Why do you have all these things? Did your husband buy them?"

I like collecting Western tableware

You like Japanese tableware, right?

Do you know this brand?"

"I know that too!
